How to Brew

Whole Beans: Grind beans freshly, then brew using a filter machine or cafetière — enjoy full aroma and flavour.

Ground Coffee: Use approximately 7 g (1 tablespoon) per 125 ml water. Boil water, add ground coffee to cafetière, pour in hot water, stir, wait 4 minutes, then plunge and pour.
